At TalukaCane we manufacture high quality synthetic cane. Our cane is used extensively in the outdoor furniture and all-weather blind industries.
What is now TalukaCane, was first developed in 1982 in response to the dwindling natural cane supplies. Our goal was to develop a synthetic cane that :
- Was visually comparable to natural cane
- Offered real benefits over natural cane
Our product is used, and is proven, both locally in South Africa and internationally.
Although cheaper imitations are available, we differentiate ourselves through our quality, our range of canes and our ability to produce custom cane.
Please note, we do not manufacture end products [furniture or blinds] but we supply our clients who do.
